He ran track and cross country at OJR, and went on to run on scholarship at Division 1 Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA. Dr. Dan then went to Atlanta to pursue his doctorate in chiropractic from Life University.
While in Atlanta, Dr. Dan met his wife Dr. Megan, and together they helped grow two of the largest family-based chiropractic clinics in the Southeast US. Dr. Dan is honored to have the opportunity to serve his hometown community, children and adults alike, with state-of-the-art chiropractic care. Together we will build one of the healthiest communities in the world with this natural, drug-free approach

Megan McClimon D.C. | Co-Founder and Chiropractor
Dr. Megan McClimon is from Okemos, MI, a suburb of Lansing, Michigan. She was heavily involved in sports growing up, earning her 3rd-degree black belt in Taekwondo and winning National Champion in 2002. She attended the University of Michigan, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Movement Science, a lifelong dream of hers since the age of 7.
As a child, her Dad was a lobbyist for the Michigan Chiropractic Society, exposing her to chiropractic at a very young age. After serving as a chiropractic assistant for 7 years, her interest in chiropractic grew as her health dramatically improved while under chiropractic care and she soon developed a desire to pursue a career where she could help people, but do so through natural means.
Her passion for serving people through neurologically-based chiropractic care strengthened while attending Life University in Georgia. Dr. Megan graduated Magna Cum Laude from Life University and has spent the past 2 years heading and growing two of the largest chiropractic offices in the Southeast region, located in the greater Atlanta area. She is so excited to call Pennsylvania her new home and bring hope to the masses in the greater Valley Forge area through specific, scientific chiropractic care.

Jared Holt D.C. | Chiropractor
Dr. Jared Holt is a native of Antioch, CA and graduated from Deer Valley High School, where he participated in soccer, baseball and wrestling. He was also an avid wakeboarder and snowboarder in the winter. After graduation, he studied at Brigham Young University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. While at BYU, Dr. Jared realized the true power of the body and the importance the nervous system plays in overall health.
During one of his classes a guest speaker (a chiropractor) came and spoke about how the power that made the body, heals the body by way of the nervous system. This principle resonated with Dr. Jared on such a deep level, that it was not more than a month or two later, he was accepted into Palmer College of Chiropractic in Florida.
He graduated Cum Laude from Palmer College, while also obtaining several other certifications outside of school. He is certified in the Webster Technique, allowing him to specialize in caring for pregnant moms and he is one of 20 doctors awarded the honor of Fellow of the Holder Research Institute by the creator of the Torque Release Technique, Dr. Jay Holder.
While in undergrad at BYU, Dr. Jared met his wife of 8 years, Catherine, and 2 years ago they welcomed their little miracle, Lincoln, into the world. The entire Holt family is excited to now call Pennsylvania home and serve the surrounding Royersford area.

Sara Trefnoff D.C. | Chiropractor
Dr. Sara Trefnoff, and her husband Dr. Michael Forstner, are wellness-based Chiropractors who focus on a holistic approach to health. Dr. Sara grew up in western Pennsylvania, where she was highly involved with athletics and outdoor activities. Her competitive edge in soccer, and her willingness to leave it all on the field, often left her injured, and named the “most likely to be on crutches” of her class.
Through every injury she grew to appreciate the health system and decided that she wanted to be a part of it. Dr. Trefnoff graduated from Wheeling Jesuit University in 2013 with a degree in Pre Med Biology, and moved that Summer to Davenport, IA to begin her Chiropractic career. While attending Palmer College of Chiropractic Dr. Trefnoff joined the oldest Chiropractic organization in the world, Sigma Phi Chi, chartered in 1914 by Mable Heath Palmer, D.C. Her Presidency in the organization gave her the unique opportunity to focus on the fundamentals of Chiropractic outside of the classroom, and to teach new generations the Philosophy of Chiropractic. Dr. Trefnoff also spent time out of the classroom studying low force techniques such as Activator, and S.O.T (Sacro Occipital Technique). During Dr. Trefnoff’s clinical rotation, she worked with a wide variety of patients, from newborn babies to the aging older generation. Dr. Trefnoff spent the last trimester of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Portland, Oregon. During this time, she worked with the professional athletes of the Portland Steel, and upon graduation continued to provide care to athletes in Western Pennsylvania. Recently, Dr. Trefnoff has been focusing on family care and is working through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. Through their program she obtained certification in the Webster’s Technique with Dr. Jeanne Ohm. When she is not in the office, Dr. Sara and Dr. Mike enjoy spending time with their son Elijah, spending time outdoors with their dog Gambit, hiking, camping, or at the beach. Dr. Trefnoff believes to restore health we must restore the Nervous System, after all it branches out to every cell, tissue, muscle, and organ in our body!
